If you ever wanted to know about the history of comics, you've come to the right place.
"Hall of Heroes" at the Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale has a new exhibit about the history of comic books and superheroes.
"Hall of Heroes is a brand new spectacular, stunning, amazing exhibit, all about superheroes. The science of superheroes, the history of superheroes and it's full of real objects and amazing props. You can get face to face with anyone for Marvel or DC. It's truly spectacular, " said Joe Cox, President of MODS.
Not only can you read on the history of comics, the exhibition also takes you on a superhero journey.
"One of the great things about this exhibit is that it's visually stunning. We have a life-size Hulk, an Iron-man, and there is even a TARDIS. It's also about gaining super skills yourself while being active. The whole concept is you're going through a challenge course, and you get answers as you complete different challenges. At the end, you can solve for a code and figure out who is the greatest hero of all," said Cox.
And if you ever wanted to become a superhero, now you have the chance to do so!
"This is for anyone kids or adults, who want to become a superhero or maybe a sidekick. It's a great program that takes place most Saturday mornings all Summer long. You get a sneak peak an hour before the museum opens and there is a meet-and-greet with some of the superheroes. You're going to make some cool gadgets and get the experience of the museum all to yourself, and it's of course a great opportunity to get dressed on a Saturday morning," said Cox.
"Hall of Heroes" is now open through September 2nd. For more information and tickets go to https://mods.org/
