“The first is tricep kickbacks. Make sure your back is straight, and your arm is parallel to the ground. Your extended arm should also be parallel to the ground to get the full extension from the triceps,” says Frey. “You can do this exact movement at home on a couch or a chair with dumbbells or bands.”
