This Japanese soul food eatery and bar takes guests on a multi-sensory journey that provides a new take on Japanese pub food.
Buya which means small fire features an Izayaka style menu, which brings eclectic ingredients and techniques from Japan.
"Often times, people think of high-end Japanese food. This is different, this is the other side, the casual side. Protein and vegetables grilled over binchotan, skewered and sticked, ramen bowls and things like that," says Jeff Grosser, Managing Partner, Buya Wynwood
