With the world adapting to new ways of living. For many, the at-home workouts have become the new normal.
That’s how yoga teacher, Miriam Ghandour also known as Mimi, launched Mimi yoga.
Mimi yoga has expanded to a global community uniting yogis from all around the world.
"Today, I have 24 countries in my platform. It's really beautiful. It's a global community and I always say, we are nothing without a community. And we have a community online, we don't need to have a community in person. Yes, it's beautiful to have a community in person, we have that human connection, we can also have that online. We're a community that moves forward together, support each other, a community that shares stories," Miriam "Mimi" Ghandour, Founder. Mimi Yoga.
The site offers hours of content for beginning, intermediate and advanced yogis.
"In the platform you get yoga on-demand. It's unlimited yoga. There are videos, so you can practice yoga, anywhere and anytime. You have videos that run from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to one hour," stated Ghandour.
And during Mimi's tough times, yoga saved her. She hopes for people that are going through these hard times, yoga can be a peaceful escape for them.
Mimi also teaches live three times a week, to see that schedule and more you can go here or follow her on Instagramhere
