The Concerned Cook, Aymara Lucero, joined Inside South Florida to share a filling smashed potato dish.
“You can use any small potatoes and boil them until they're fork tender. Then, smash it until you feel that the potato is kind of a half an inch thick,” says Lucero. “Next, we're going to top it with a little olive oil and salt. Lastly, we bake them."
