The Concerned Cook, Aymara Lucero, joined Inside South Florida to share a healthy vegan fried rice recipe.
“Cauliflower is the inspiration for this. We're going to start with the oil. This is already a hot pan,” says Lucero. “Now, we're adding all the spring onions. Then, we add frozen peas and carrots and cauliflower that has been steamed to the pan. It's fast and easy.”
