Immigration Attorney and WSFL-TV Trusted Advisor, Nadia Lewis of Lewis Law, joined Inside South Florida to share tips to help those in need expedite their immigration visa.
“There are ways to get their cases expedited. For example, a lady called and was pregnant. She was unable to do her day-to-day activities, and she needed her spouse here with her,” says Lewis. “In a situation like that, what we would do is send her medical records, and then we'll ask them to expedite her matter. It's not what you tell them. It's absolutely what you show them.”
